Terms of Service

Laminar Flow is an agentic software delivery platform. It includes AI agents, project tools, and related integrations, including a Discord app that can answer questions in a server. Features may change while the product is in early access.

Laminar Flow is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Discord, or by any other third-party service we connect to.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login details confidential. Workspace owners decide who may access their organisation and its projects.

Do not use Laminar Flow to:

• break the law, or violate someone else’s rights
• upload content you do not have the right to share
• probe, disrupt, or overload the service
• attempt to access another customer’s data
• mislead people about who an AI reply is from

If you use the Discord app, you must also follow Discord’s terms and the rules of the server where the app is installed. Server admins control whether the app is present.

You keep ownership of the content you submit, including messages, project material, and questions sent through the Discord app. You give us permission to host, process, and display that content so we can operate the service and generate replies.

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review it before you rely on it, ship it, or share it as your own work.

The product can connect to services you choose, such as Discord, issue trackers, and model providers. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages or policies.

Parts of Laminar Flow are offered as early access and may be withdrawn or changed. If a paid plan applies, the price and what it includes will be shown before you subscribe. Taxes may be added where required.

You can stop using Laminar Flow at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if we need to protect the service or other people, or if we discontinue a feature. We may also remove the Discord app from a server.

The service is provided as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the three months before the claim, or AUD $100 if you have not paid us.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. If you keep using Laminar Flow after an update, the new terms apply.
